Breast Exercises

As the breasts are composed of glandular tissue and the fatty tissue hence it is very difficult to vary the size of the breast but one thing can be done. The underneath musculature can be increased so that it give the lifted looks of the breast. Below are some of the breast exercises that can solve the purpose.

Chest Press:

Hold the dumbbell while lying down on the floor. The dumbbell should be placed vertically above the in hands above the chest. The elbow should face outwards. Extend your arms and hold the dumbles for about 10 seconds. Repeat the same process for 10 times.

Cobra Stretch:

Lie on your abdomen. Join your feet. Now put your palms parallel to the shoulder. Now slowing raises the upper truck till the elbow become straight. If you feel any discomforts in the back then immediately stop the exercise. This process is to be done 5 to ten times.

Praise Pose Stretch:

Bend you knee and sit on the floor. Now sit on the knees and sit on your buttocks such that heels touch your buttocks, now lower your trunk with hands stretched maximum in the forward direction. Rest the palms and fore head on the floor. Repeat this exercise as it is comfortable to you.

Chest Lift:

Lie on your abdomen. Put your hands below your chin. Now lift your head and chest with arms to about 12 to 15 inches. Hold yourself to this state for ten minutes. Repeat this process for about ten times a day.

Downward Dog:

Place yourself on the ground on your hands and knees, your feet bend. Push your hands and feet into the ground, lifting your hips in the direction of the ceiling. Your body should look like an upside-down "V". Keep raising your back upwards as you lower your heels to the floor as far as contentedly achievable.
