No, it’s not as simple as this logic suggest. The smaller breast has thinner skin as compared to the other breast. If you try to implant something in it you the breast shape will vary that looks pretty odd. Hence one should not be very strict of making the two breasts look equal as this is a very natural phenomenon that breast varies from individual to individual. Let it look normal.
There is no comparison in these. Natural is always natural and is according the body’s requirement not of minds. Bigger the breast sooner they will sag down. More over as the time advances one can find thinner skin over the great and visible artificial changes that make the breast look very unattractive and unreal.
