I have some problems that I wish to discuss with you. These problems are related to my habit of masturbation. I am in my early twenties and have been doing this for over ten years now, without any perceivable difficulties then. But recently, when I finish my that habit, I keep feeling the jerks in my male organ for quite some time even after the orgasm as you would call it has subsided. Secondly, is there any method by which I can control the urge? I have read somewhere that putting some pressure on the muscles of the anus can control the urge. Is that true?
